UKG Pro Mobile App - How to Login with phone PIN or Face ID

 

The UKG Pro mobile App. is the easiest way to enter time and check for updates to your schedule. The mobile app. will work on devices running Android version 8.0 or higher and iPhone (IOS) version 13 or higher.

 

How to install the UKG Pro App on iPhone

 

1. Go to the Apps store and search "UKG Pro".

 

There is a sqaure with UKG letters and beside that is a small oval that says Get.

 

2. Choose Get and then Open

 

3. You can manually enter this address for the Workspace Access Code - https://uoguelph-sso.prd.mykronos.com/ OR select the scan icon outlined in red and scan the QR code.

 

At the bottom of the screen is a blank box to type the URL or beside it is a icon that looks like an x, select to scan QR code.AccessCodeQRCode

 

4. Choose sign-in. Enter your email address, then Password and confirm the login using your MFA (multi-factor authentication) method.

Below the U of G logo is a line where you enter your school email address and then click on the Next button below this line.

 

5. The login session for the UKG App is only 30 minutes.  We recommend choosing the option to use face ID, fingerprint, or PIN for quicker sign ins.

Sign in with Face ID. Face ID lets you sign in quickly without typing you password every time. You can always turn this setting off in your app settings.Do you want to allow "UKG Pro" to use Face ID? Allow the app access to Face ID for local authentication. Don't Allow. Allow.

 

7. You will be prompted to Allow Notifications.  This is recommended so you are notified of any schedule changes or approvals. 
"UKG Pro" Would like to Send you Notifications. Notifications may include laerts, sounds, and icon badges. These can be configured in Settings. Don't Allow. Allow.

8. You will now be in to the UKG Pro app.

 
 

 

How to install the UKG Pro App on Android

1. Go to the Play Store and search UKG Pro. Choose Install.
