Restoring a Deleted File from OneDrive

Deleted files can be restored from the Web interface of OneDrive - you can view detailed instructions from Microsoft's online guide.

To quickly access deleted files, follow these steps:

1. Log into your GryphMail account via U of G website, and click on the "Waffle" icon in the top, left-hand corner to access OneDrive Online.

2. Along the left-hand side you will see a folder called Recycle Bin - click on this, and you will see all recently deleted documents. You can restore them from here.

3. If the item was deleted some time ago, you may still be able to restore it by clicking on the link at the bottom of the Recycle Bin marked "Second-stage recycle bin" - items here can be restored as well.
