I am having a problem with my MFA login - Choose another method

The approval time for the authenticator app or the text message is 60 seconds. If you cannot approve the login in time, you can select an option and send another request or choose a different method. You get 5 tries to do the MFA login and after that your account will be locked for 5 minutes. We recommend users set up at least 2 methods. If you work on campus set-up an office phone number and add your campus extension.
