How do I access my Electronic Pay Statement and Tax Form in Gryphons at Work?

All employees can login to the Gryphons at Work (GAW) site to access their electronic pay statement. GAW contains pay information from August 2024 to present. View this user guide on how to read pay statements. Historical pay statements are also located in Gryphons At Work. After you login look at the Organizational Updates section on the home page and Historical Pay Statement section is on the left.

For current employees, T4 and T4A tax slips are in Gryphons at Work. For past employees, tax forms will be mailed to the current address on file. Tax slips should also be available via Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) My account portal. For questions or help related to tax forms please contact Human Resources at hr@uoguelph.ca.

If you are looking for your Tuition and Enrolment Certificate (T2202) this is in Web Advisor for degree students and in the Open Ed Student Portal for Open Learning Students. 

If you are getting a login failure you can test your email address and password using our Test SSO page .

If you are a staff or faculty member and you need a password reset, please contact your departmental administrator.
