Cloud Strategy Blueprint

 

The Cloud Strategy Blueprint outlines the University’s strategic direction for cloud and provides a structured foundation for the evaluation, adoption, and management of cloud services across the institution.

 

This document is not a comprehensive cloud strategy. Rather, it serves as a starting point for collaboration with University of Guelph stakeholders, defining the guiding principles and core elements that will inform the development of a full Cloud Strategy. It establishes the University’s initial approach, including decision-making criteria, governance and risk management considerations, target platforms and architecture, proposed operating model, and expectations for financial management.
