When do I receive my Central Login Account?

For undergraduate applicants, it will take several business days after you ACCEPT your offer of admission in OUAC for your central login account to be created. If you are an out-of-province applicant or a transfer student, you should receive your login account credentials three to five business days after applying.

For graduate applicants, it will take five to seven business days after you SUBMIT your application for your central login account to be created.

After your account is created, you will receive an email with your login credentials to the email address you used in applying to the University of Guelph. If you have not received your account credentials after seven business days, please check your junk/spam folder to ensure that the email wasn’t accidentally filtered there.

Please note that Open Learning/Distance Education or certificate students do not receive WebAdvisor access or Gryph Mail. To access your University of Guelph email and WebAdvisor, please visit Gryph Mail and WebAdvisor.

For steps on setting up MFA, you can visit our Getting Started: How to Set up MFA webpage.
